Refund and Returns Policy
Subscription Program
Automatic Shipments: By joining Welfareftle’s subscription program, you agree to receive your ordered product automatically shipped to your provided address at the intervals you choose.
Renewal Intervals: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation Option: We make cancellation easy for you. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by accessing your Customer Portal, responding to your order confirmation, or e-mailing us at support@jakool.com. However, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the shipment of your next scheduled order.
If not canceled, your subscription will automatically renew at the interval you selected, and your payment method will be charged, using the same details as your initial purchase.
Pause, or Skip/Reschedule Option: We understand that flexibility is key. In addition to cancellation, customers have the option to pause or skip/reschedule their subscription deliveries through their Customer Portal. If you prefer assistance or have any questions, our customer service team is available and can be reached at support@jakool.com.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please note the following deductions for refunds:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@jakool.com.
Bundled Orders
Max height kits and Toddler Essentials kits are bundled orders. Thus, we do not allow individual return of items for a refund. If you think you received a defective or incomplete kit, please reach out to us at support@jakool.com and we would be happy to process a replacement for you.
All Sales Are Final
Once your order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if you receive an incorrect item due to our error. In such cases, please send us an email at support@jakool.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, we will reach out to our fulfillment team and do our best to catch it. If the order has already been processed, you may request to return it as identified above using a return label (within the US) as laid out in our Return Policy.
